445) hereby Release Acquit and Discharge the said William Reynolds his Heirs & Assigns Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said William Reynolds his Heirs and Assigns All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Ward's Springs situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid Beginning at a Bounded White Oak standing by the side of a Branch being a Draft of Anteotum and running thence South fifty Degrees West One hundred and seventy Perches then North forty one Degrees West One hundred and seventy three Perches then North thirty five Degrees East One hundred and sixty Perches then by a streight line to the first Bound Tree Containing and now laid out for Two hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all ways Waters Water Courses Edifices Buildings Commodities Improvements Profits Priviledges Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues & Profits of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said William Rayman of in to or out of the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses and every part thereof with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses hereby Bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended so to be with the Appurtenances unto him the said William Reynolds his Heirs and Assigns to ^and for^ the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said William Reynolds his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said William Rayman for himself and his Heirs the hereby bargained & Sold Premisses with their Appurtenances unto him the said William Reynolds and his Heirs against him the said William Rayman and his Heirs and against all other Persons claiming or to Claim by from or under him or them shall and will Warrant and for ever by these Presents defend In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written Seal Will.m Rayman Seal W.m Reynolds Signed Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of Us Jn.o Addison Geo Steuart On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t) (Received) |
