       Oct.r 2.d 1752   Then Came before me         one of the Justices of the Provincial Court
       the within mentioned Charles Carroll Esq.r and Doct.r Charles Carroll & Acknowledged
       the within Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Bargained and Sold to be the Right
       and Estate of the within named Samuel Webb his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the
       Act in that Case made and Provided                                 John Darnall

       Oct.r the 4.th 1752   Received of M.r Samuel Webb One Pound eight Shillings and six
       Pence Sterling for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation Fine on the within mentioned
       Seven Hundred and twelve Acres of Land) by Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin
       Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & Receiver General

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the first day of September in the Second Year
       of the Dominion of the Right Honourable Frederick Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the
       Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &c.a and in the Year of our
       Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty ^and^ two Between Lewis Disheroon of
       Worcester County in the Province of Maryland Planter (Heir at Law of his Father John
       Disheroon late of Somerset County deceased who was the Eldest Son and Heir at Law of a
       certain Lewis Disheroon and Jane his Wife formerly of Somerset County afsd Deceased
       which said Jane was one of the Daughters of ^one^ Thomas Cox formerly of the County of Worcester
       mentioned also deceased) of the first part, John Handy of the said County of Worcester
       Gentleman Son of Ebenezer Handy deceased of the Second part and Benjamin Hamby
       of the said County of Worcester Gentleman of the third part Witnesseth That the said first
       named Lewis Disheroon for the Docking Barring and Cutting off all Estates Tail and
       Remainders in Tail of and in the Messuages Tenements Lands and Hereditaments herein
       after mentioned and for the Settling and Assuring the same to and for the Uses Intents and
       Purposes herein after limitted Expressed and Declared and in Consideration of five
       Shillings Current Money of Maryland to the said Lewis Disheroon in hand paid
       by the said John Handy the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers
       good Causes and Considerations the said Lewis Disheroon in this behalf moving Hath
       Granted Bargained and Sold Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth
       Grant Bargain and Sell Release and Confirm unto the said John Handy ^and to^ his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever All that part of a certain Tract or Parcel of Land called Alderbury
       Scituate lying and being formerly in the afsd County of Somerset now in the said County
       of Worcester on the South side of Rockawakin River Originally Granted unto the afsd
       Thomas Cox on or about the Tenth day of October in the Year of our Lord God One
       Thousand six hundred ninety and five which said Parcel of Land is Contained within
       the Bounds and Limits following that is to say Beginning at a marked Pine being
       the Second Boundary of the Land formerly Willed and Devised unto Arch.d and Sarah
       Ann Smith's by a last Will and Testament of the said Thomas Cox dated on or about
       the third day of October in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred & twenty
       thence along their line of Marked Trees into the Woods a little over a Cart Road unto
       a marked White Oak on a Pond side and from thence by a line of marked Trees unto
       the first Bounder of the afsd Tract of Land called Alderbury and from thence Bounded
       Eastward by the said Tract of Land to the head of a Fork of the main Branch of
       Wiccocomoco River and so down the Branch on the South side thereof to the first
       Boundary standing a little above the Mouth of a Fork of the main Branch afsd
