Ex.d This Indenture made the third day of July in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven
       hundred and fifty one Between Edward Dorsey of Ann Arundel County and of the City of
       Annapolis Gentleman of the one part and Basil Dorsey of Ann Arundel County Gentleman
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Dorsey for divers good Causes & Considerations
       him thereunto moving hath remised released and for ever quit Claimed and by
       these Presents for himself and his Heirs doth fully Clearly and Absolutely remise release
       and for ever quit Claim unto the said Basil Dorsey and his Heirs all that Tract or
       Parcel of Land called Howards Range containing Two hundred and three Acres and one
       Quarter of an Acre of Land lying and being in Frederick County and on Linganore on
       the Drafts thereof which said Tract or Parcel of Land was heretofore Mortgaged to the said
       Edward Dorsey by John Howard Son of Gideon and hath been this day Conveyed by
       the said John Howard Son of Gideon to the said Basil Dorsey by Virtue whereof and the
       Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession the said Basil Dorsey is in Actual
       Possession of the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and singular the Houses Fences
       Benifits and Improvements to the same Belonging and also the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest Benifit Claim and
       Demand of him the said Edward Dorsey of in or to the said Tract of Land and Premisses
       herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby released To have and to hold the
       said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances to the said Basil Dorsey and his Heirs
       to the only Use and Behoof of the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever so that neither he the said Edward Dorsey nor his Heirs shall or will
       hereafter have Claim Challenge or Demand any Estate Right Title or Interest of in
       or to the Premisses or any part or Parcel thereof In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and
       Year first above Written

       aforesaid the Elder Gentleman of the one part and William Cumming formerly of the City
       and Province afsd did the Young But now of Frederick County the Younger Gentleman
       of the other part Whereas the said William Cumming the Elder is Indebted to sundry the
       Inhabitants of this Province and else where in Divers and sundry Sums of Money and
       Tobacco some by Judgments Bonds Bills and Accounts And he the said William Cumming
       the Elder being Possest of diverse and sundry Tracts of Land Messuages and Tenements
       Negroes Slaves Men Women and Children White Servants with stocks of Cattle Horses
       Mares Hogs and Sheep Crops of Corn Wheat and Tobacco and Household Furniture
