       I hereby Certifie that the above named Alexander Warfield
       Son of Richard and Nickolas Gassaway Son of Thomas before
       whom the within Deed was acknowledged were at the time of
       taking the acknowledgment thereof and still are two of his
       Lordships the Right Honble the Lord Proprys Justices
       of the Peace for Ann.ll County Lawfully Authorized and
