506) was Originally on the Twentieth day of May One Thousand Seven Hundred and five Patented to a Certain Richard Owings of Baltimore County as by the Original Patent reference being thereunto had may more fully appear And also all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Littleworth lying in Ann Arundell County on the West side of the main Falls of Patapsco River Containing Twenty five Acres which s.d Tract of Land was Originally on the Twenty first day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and thirty Seven Patented to a Certain John Howard of Ann Arundell County as by the Originall Patent Reference being thereunto had may more fully appear And all and Singular Houses Buildings Barnes & Orchards to the same belonging and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest Claim and Demand Whatsoever of them the said Richard Owings and John Grenif Howard or either of them of in and to all and Singular the said Premisses and of in and to every part and Parcell of them to Have and to hold the said Lands and all and Singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned and Intended to be hereby Granted with their and every of their Appurtenances to the said Caleb Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and the said Richard Owings and John Grenif Howard for themselves and their Heirs the said before Granted Lands and all and Singular other the Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto him the s.d Caleb Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns against them the said Richard Owings and John Grenif Howard their Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their (hands) |
