406) Ex.d London To all to whom these presents shall come greeting I Miles Man Esquire Common Clerk of the City of London do hereby Certify that at the Session of Gaol Delivery of Newgate holden for the City af.d at Justice Hall in the old Bailey within the Suburbs of the said City on Wednesday the ninth day of December last & at Several prec^e^eding Sessions the Several following persons to wit Bridget Craith Benj.a Jenkes Elizabeth Murrey William Clarke, Edward Vaughan, Ann Wright, Susannah Thompson, Elizabeth Bennett, Margaret Bagwell, Jane Ellis John Lamb, William Bilby, Jasper Godby, William Jones, Mary Read, Mary Coomes, Thomas Hargrove, Hugh Roberts, John Bennett Charles Franklin, Nathaniel Laurence William Haughton, James Courtney, Edmund Low, Elizabeth Ball, and Denis Delan^e^y were for divers Felonies by them Respectively Committed and whereof they stand Convicted Ordered and Directed by the s.d Court to be Transported to some of his Majesty's Colonies or Plantations in America for the Term of Seven years and that Sarah Lowther otherwise Roachead was for a certain Felony whereof she also stands Convicted Ordered and Directed to be Transported as af.d for and During the Term of her Natural life And I do further Certify that all the said Persons above named were by the said Court Conveyed Transferred and made over to Andrew Reed of London Merchant and his Assigns for such Terms for wch they were so Respectively Ordered to be Transported as af.d in Order to their being Transported Accordingly Given under my hand this sixth day of January in the year of our Lord 1747 Miles Man |
