373 Standing on the head of a small Branch Runing out of Back Creek and Runing thence South East One hund and one Perches thence South West One hundred & fifty two Perches thence North West One hundred and one perches thence North East to the first Bounded post with the Appurtenances to and for the only proper use of the af.d John Watts his heirs and Assigns forever and ^all^ the residue and Remain^in^g part of the af.d hereby Granted and Released tract or parcel of Land with the Appurtenances to and for the only proper use and behoof of Philip Kennard of Kent County af.d son of Philip Kennard late of the same County Merchant Deceased his heirs and Assigns forever And to and for no other uses Intents or Purposes whatsoever and that the af.d John Watts and Philip Kennard the son from and immediately after the Suffering and Executing the Recovery or Recoveries af.d ^shall^ by virtue thereof and of these Presents severally stand and be ^lawfully^ Seised of and in ^the^ af.d several and Respective ^parts of the same^ tracts or parcel of Land with the Appurtenances to & for y.e Proper use of them the said John and Philip their heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the Parties af.d have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written his Ja Calder seal John I Watts seal Rich.d Kennard mark seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus End.t The within written Deed was Sealed and Delivered by the Parties within named in the Presence of us B Hands J Bordley (The) |
