       Land by a resurvey made thereon by the af.d Robert Jubb was called
       Yorkshire Hall Containing by adding Vacancy & including surplusage
       One hundred & forty Nine Acres of Land more or less which
       said Tract of Land the af.d Robert Jubb by his last Will & Testament
       duely made & Executed devised to his Wife Hellen Jubb & the said Hellen
       Jubb during her Widowhood by a Deed duly acknowledged & recorded
       gave the said Tract of Land to her Grand Daughter Elizabeth Brigdall
       af.d Together with all & singular the Houses Orchards Gardens
       Fences Woods Underwoods Advantages & Appurtenances thereto belonging
       or in any wise appertaining To have & to hold the said Tract
       of Land with all & singular the Premisses & Appurtenances unto him
       the said John Brice his Heirs & Assignes for Ever to the only proper
       use & behoofe of him the said John Brice his Heirs & Assignes for
       Ever & to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said
       Thomas Lewis & Elizabeth his Wife for themselves their Heirs Ex.rs &
       Adm.rs Covenant & Agree to & with the said John Brice his Heirs
       Executors & Adm.rs that they the said Thomas Lewis & Elizabeth his
       Wife their Heirs Executors & Adm.rs the said Tract of Land & Premisses
       with all & Singular the Appurtenances unto him the said John     
       Brice his Heirs & Assignes as well against them the said Thomas
       Lewis & Elizabeth his Wife & their Heirs as against all Persons
       claiming by from or under them or any of them shall & will for
       Ever Warrant & defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the
       Parties first above named have hereunto set their hands & Seals
       the Day & Year above written
