       In the Presence of us     On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t
       John Baldwin        Maryland Cecil County To Wit
       W.m Rumsey    Personally appeared before us the Subscribers
                            Two of the Right Honble the Lord Proprys Justices
                        of the Peace for the said County James Paul Heath
                    the Feoffer within Named who acknowledged the within
                Granted Land & Premisses the Right of the within named
            Solomon Hillings according to the Intent & Meaning of the
       Within Indenture Rebecca also Wife of the said James Paul Heath
       being Pursuant to the Directions of an Act of Assembly of this
       Province in such Cases made and Provided Privately Examined
       Declared her wright of Dower to the Same Land & Premisses to be
       the Interest Property & Right of the said Solomon Hillings and his
       Heirs & Assigns for Ever And that She granted the Same without     
       Fear Threat or Cumpulsion of her said Husband

                         Acknowledged the Seventeenth Day of October Anno Domini
       Christi 1740              before John Baldwin Wm Rumsey
       Maryland fs/   These are to Certifie all Persons whom it doth
                            or ^may^ Concern that the above Mess.rs John Baldwin
       Seal              and William Rumsey are two of the Right Honble
                            the Lord Proprys his Justices of the Peace for
       Cæcil County in the Province af.d   In Testiomny whereof I
       have hereunto Affixed the Publick Seal of the County af.d this 18.th
