(29) This Indenture made the 20.th day of July
in the third Year of the reign of our sovereign Lord & Lady King William and Queen Mary &c And in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand Six hundred Ninety & One Between Thomas Gibson of Charles County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the One ptye and Doctor James Kingsbury of the same County & Province af.d Gent of the Other ptye Witnesseth that the Said Thom.s Gibson for and in Consideration of Six Thousand Pounds of Tobacco to him the said Thomas Gibson at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents in hand paid by the said James Kingsbury as for Divers other good Causes and Considerations him thereunto Mov^e^ing have Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Transferred Enfeoft and Confirmed and by these presents doe Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Transferr Enfeof and Confirm unto the said James Kingsbury his heirs and assignes for ever all that Tract or parcell of Land Lying on y.e South Side of Midle River in Baltemore County and being part of a Tract of Land of four hundred and fifty Acres known by the Name of North Weeke and formerly Granted to Mais.l Thomas Longe of Baltemore County and Beginning at a Bounded white oake standing on the North Side of a Creeke and Running south west Fifty perches to a Bounded Red Oak standing on the West Side of a Cove in the Lyne of the Land formerly laid Out for Richard Wells Gent & running with the Lyne of the Said Land West South West three hundred and Ninety perches to a Marked Chesnutt oake standing in the Lyne of Cap.t Conwallo Land then with the Lyne of the said Conwallo Land East Two hundred and ten Perches to a Bounded Oake Standing in the West Lyne of the Said Conwallo Land east Two hundred & ten perches To a Bounded Oake standing in the West Lyne of the Said Conwallo Land then by a Streight Lyne to the first Bound Tree Containing & now Laid Out for four hundred fifty and Seven Acres of Land More or Less the af.d Two hundred Acres of Land Together with all & Singular the rights Members Jurisdictions previlidges proffits Benefitts & appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining with all Patents Deed Writeings or Maniscripts touching or Conserning the Said Premisses or any part or parcell thereof to have and to hold the Land aforesaid with all and Singular the Rights Members Liberties Priviledges Proffits and Appurtenances and also all and Singular the Messuages Dwelling Houses Buildings Barnes Stables Gardens Orchards Out Houses Profitts Comodities Advantages and (Appurtenances) |
