  x.d   This Indenture made the 20.th day of July in the third year
          of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lady King William &
          Queen Mary &c & in the year of our Lord God One Thousand
          six hundred Ninety & One Between Thomas Gibson of Charles
          County in the Province of Maryland plant.r of the one
          partye & Doctor James Kinsbury of the same County & province
          af.d Gent of the other partye Witnesseth that the said
          Thomas Gibson for & in Consideration of Six Thousand pounds
          of Tobacco to him the said Thomas Gibson at or before the Ensealing
          and Delivery of these presents in hand paid by the
          said James Kinsbury as for Divers other good Causes and
          Considerations him hereunto moveing have given Granted
          Bargained Sold Aliend Transferred Enfeoff & Confirmed and
          by these presents doe give Grant Bargain Sell Alien
          Transferr Enfeoff & Confirm unto the said James Kinsbury
          his heirs & assigns for ever all that Tract or parcell of
          Land Lying on the South Side of Middle River in Baltemore
          County & being part of a Tract of Land of four hundred and
          fifty acres Known by the Name of north weeke and
          formerly Granted to Major Thomas Longe of Baltemore
          County & begining at a Bounded white oake standing on
          the North side of a Creek and Running South West fifty
          perches to a Bounded Red Oake standing on the West side
          of a Cove in the Lyne of the Land formerly laid out for
          Richard Wells Gent and running with ^the^ Lyne of the said
          Land West South West three hundred and Ninety perches
          To a Marked Chesnutt Oake standing in the Lyne of Cap.t
          Conwalls Land then with the Line of the said Conwalls Land
          East Two hundred and ten perches To a Bounded Oak standing
          in the West Lyne of the said Conwalls Land then by a
          straight Lyne to the first Bound Tree Containing and now
          Laid out for four hundred fifty and seven acres of
