(131) and Voluntarily release her right of Dower to teh within Land and Premisses to the within named Thomas Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever without the Compultion fear or threats of her said Husband according to the directions of the Act of Assembly in Such Cases made and Provided Taken and Acknowledged before me the day and year aforesaid Robert Gordon 1 side 1/2 recorded 20.th March 1732 so far for Esq.r Loyd x.d This Indenture made the tenth day of March in the year of Our Lord God one thousand seven hund.d & thirty two Between Richard Moss of Annarundell County in the province of Maryland planter fo the one part & Robert Boone of the same County & province planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard Moss for & in Consideration of the sum of twelve pounds & five shillings sterling to him in hand paid by teh said Robert Boone at & before the Ensealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the s.d Ricahrd Moss doth hereby acknowledge and thereof & therefrom doth Clearly Acquitt Exonerate & discharge the s.d Robert Boone his heirs Extors & Adm.rs for ever hath Given Granted bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these presents doth Give Grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confim unto teh said Robert Boone his heirs & assigns fro ever a Tract or parcell of Land lying in Baltimore County in the province af.d Called Young Ricahrd being bounded as followeth that is to say Beginning at three bounded white oak trees standing on the East Side of a branch and ont he North Side of Jones's falls and running thence South fifty six deg.s East one hund & six pches thence North forty nine deg.s East one hund thirty nine pches thence North fourteen deg.s west one hund eighty four pches thence North seventy three deg.s west one hund thirty three pches then w.th a straight line to the said bounded trees Contain two hundred and twenty five acres more or less Together w.th all the ways passages woods & underwoods Timber & and Timber trees water and water Courses whatsoever and all other the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise Appertaining To have & to hold the Said Land and all and singular the premisses w.th the Appurtences as af.d to him the Said Robert Boone his heirs & assigns & to his & their only proper use & behoofe for ever And the s.d Richard Moss doth hereby further promise Covenant Grant & Agree to and w.th the s.d Robert Boone his heirs & Assigns that he & they shall and May peaceably & Quietly have hold use occupy possess & enjoy the s.d tract of Land with all the Appurtences for ever w.th out the least Lett hindrance Molestation suit eviction or ejection of him the s.d Richard Moss his heirs extors Adm.s or of any other person Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them And also that ^he^ the said Richard Moss will for |
