115 Debts of him the said Francis hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed conveyed and Confirmed unto the said Philip his heirs and assigns fro ever all the Estate Right Title Interest claim of him the s.d Francis and his heirs of and unto all those two Tracts or parcels of Land the one being part of greater Tract called Stoakly and which part was bought by the said Francis of John Beckett and Prescilla his wife the other being part of a Tract of Land lying in the said County formerly Granted unto Timothy Gunton assignes of Henry Pope lying on the North side of Patuxent River and the South side of a Creek of the said River called Hunting Creek called Gunton Relations and which part hereby Conveyed begins at the beginning Tree of the Land aforesaid called Guntons Relation standing by a swamp and running up and with the Main Run of the swamp afd until it meets with the Mouth of a small Branch called Hutchins's Orchard Branch and then running up with the said Orchard Branch until meets the Eastermost line of Tract of Land formerly laid out for Woodman Stockly called Stockly and with the said Eastermost line and Land afsd unto the Beginning Tree of Gunton afores.d all the Land lying between the West and North sides of the Branches aforesaid and the East of the Land called Stockly afd be it more or Less with all buildings and Improvements and also all profits and appurtenances thereunto belonging and appertaining To have and to hold the said Bargained Sold and Conveyed Land and Premisses with its appurtenances and Improvements to him the said Philip Key his heirs and assigns for ever fully and freely Acquitted and Discharged of all Manner of Claims of him the said Francis and his heirs and all other persons the Rents and services that shall hereafter be Due to the Lord Excepted Provided always and on this Condition that if the said Francis Hutchins his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall pay the aforesaid forty pounds Sterl and Interest to the said George Plater his heirs or adm.rs by the Thirteenth Day of October next ensuing the Date of these Presents or at any time after the Day aforesaid whereby the said Philip Key his heirs Executors and Adm.rs may be Discharged therefrom Then this present Deed of Bargain and Sale to be utterly void and of none effect Else the Land and Premisses afd to be the Right of the said Philip Key his Heirs and Assigns for Ever In Witness whereof the said Francis hath hereunto set his hand and affixt his Seal the Day and Year first above written Sealed & Delivered Fra.s Hutchins seal In the Presence of Solomon Benson William Tillard On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t Maryland fs.t Calvert County fs 15.th Sep.t 1732 Then Came the within Named Francis Hutchins and acknowledged the within Deed according to Law Before 5 1/2 (Recorded Nov.r 4.th 1732) Jo.n Fendall to be Ch.d to F Hutchins |
