(439)    and Pmisses unto the within Named Nathaniel Joseph and
             Ann Chew their heirs & Assigns for Ever According to the Tenor
             true Jenten and Meaning of the within written Deed

                 Recorded 14.th Oct.r 1730

     x.d   This Indenture made the Twentieth day of
             May Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and thirty
             Between Michael Macnemara of the City of Annapolis
             Esq.r and Margaret Macnemara of the City Relict and
             Administratrix of Thomas Macnemara deceased of the One
             part and Charles Carroll and Daniel Carroll of the said
             City on the other part Witnesseth that the said Michael
             Macnemara and Margaret Macnemara for and in Consideration of
             the sum of Five hundred & Thirty four pounds four Shillings and  
             One penny Currant to to them in hand paid the receipt whereof they do
             hereby Acknowledge and thereof do Exonerate Acquit and
             discharge them the said Charles Carroll and Daniel Carroll their
             Heirs Executors and Administrators by these presents
             Have Given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
             and by these presents do give grant Bargain sell Alien
             Enfeoff and Confirm unto them the said Charles Carroll and
             Daniel Carroll their Heirs and Assigns for ever
             All the Severall Tracts of Land Lotts of Ground Houses & Edifices
             with the severall Appurtenances thereunto belonging (that is to say)
             A Tract of Land called Quin lying in the fork of Gunpowder
             Surveyed the Thirteenth day of Aprill one thousand seven
             hundred and five and Pattented in the name of Thomas
             Macnemara for five hundred Acres as by the patents
             Relation being thereunto had will more filly Appear All that Originall
             Tract of Land called Pimlico lying in Baltemore County
             Surveyed the Twenty Sixth day of Aprill one thousand
             six hundred ^and^ Ninety Nine and patented in the name of
             Thomas Macnemara and for Eight hundred Acres as by the
             Patent thereof doth Appear All that Lot of Ground in the
             City of Annappolis Numbered 2 whereon the said
             Michael and Margrets dwelling house now stands All that
             part of a Lott of Ground Numbered 3 and formerly purchased by
             Thomas Macnemara of Charles Carroll Esq.r deceased All that
