(390) in the Law of him the said William
Worthington do make acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause to be made done acknowledged suffered and executed any other or further Deed or Instrument in Writeing such as the said William Worthington his heirs ^and^ or Assignes his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall reasonably Devise Advise or Require for the further and Better Assurance surety and sure making the severall Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premisses aforesaid unto him the said W.m Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever according to the true Intent & meaning of the parties to these presents In Witness whereof the party first above Named hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seale the Day and year first above Written Tho.s Homewood seale Signd Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Benj.a Hammond Tho Clark At y.e Foot of the aforegoing Indenture was thus wrote as followeth viz.t May the 30.th 1730 Then Received of the Above Named Will.m Worthington the sums of Three hundred and sixty pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain And one hundred & fifty pounds Current Money of Maryland being the Consideration Money above Mencond I say Received Tho.s Homewood Tes.t Benj.a Hammond Tho Clark May the 30.th 1730 Then Came ^the above Named Thomas Homewood^ before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland and Acknowledged the above Deed according to Act of Assembly in such Cases made & provided Benj.a Tasker Recorded this 4.th day of June 1730 |
