(324) To be made Done or acknowledged suffered
& Executed all such further and other acts and assurances in the Law for the further and more perfect conveying and assureing of all & singular the before mentioned bargained premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Robert Johnson his heirs and assigns according to the true Intent and Meaning hereof hereof as by the said Robert Johnson his heirs or assignes or his Councill Learned in the Law shall be resaonably advised or required In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have Interchangably sett their hands and affixed their seales the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed and Peter Mazotine seale Delivered in the presence her of Rebecca R Mazotine seale John Davidge Mosses Maccubbin Memorandum the Words in the third Line (of Ann Arundell County) was interlined before the signing and sealing of the above Deed Recorded the 8.th day of May 1789 On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Indorst Viz.t Then Came Peter Mazotine and Rebecca his Wife before us the subscriber two of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arundel County and acknowledged this within Deed and the Land and premisses therein contained to be the right & Estate of the within named Robert Johnson his heirs & assigns for Ever and the said Rebecca being privately Examined Declared that she made the above acknowledgment of her own free will and accord & without any threats from or fear of displeasure of her husband acknowledged before us Recorded May the 8.th 1789 John Davidge Mosses Macubbin |
