(312) and Assigns for Ever and to no other use intent
and purpose whatsoever and the said Rebecca Mazotin ^doth^ hereby for herselfe and her heirs Executors and Administrators & Every of them Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the same Robert Johnson his heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes that she the said Rebecca Mazotin and her heirs Executors and Administrators and Every of them Covenant promise grant and Agree to & with the said Rob.t Johnson his heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes that she the said Rebecka Mazotin and her heirs Executors and Administrators the said Tract and parcell of Land and premisses and all and Every its appurtenances freely & acquitted and Exonorated and Discharge of and from all former Gifts, Grants, bargains, sales, joyntures Dowries titles of Dower Recognizances, judgments, Executions, Extents, Wills, Entails, and of and from all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever the Rent from henceforth to become due to the Lord of Fee only Excepted and to him the said Rob.t Johnson his heirs and assignes for ever from and against her the said Rebecka Mazotin her heirs and Assigns and against all other persons whatsoever will well and truly Warrant and for Ever hereafter Defend and also that she the said Rebecka Mazotin shall and will at any time times hereafter within the Space of seven years upon the reasonable request and at the proper Cost and Charges of her the said Rebecka Mazotin her heirs and Assigns make do acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause or procure to be made done Acknowledged suffered and Executed all such further and other Acts and Assurances in the Law for the further and more perfect conveying and assureing of all and singular the said premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Rob.t Johnson his heirs and assignes according to the true intent & Meaning of the parties to these presents as by the said Robert Johnson his heirs or assignes or his Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised or Advised or required in Witness Whereof the said Rebecka Mazotin to these presents hath hereunto Interchangably sett her hand and seale the day & year above written her Signed Sealed and Delivd Rebecka R R Mazotin in the presence of us mark seal Benj.a Tasker Dorothy Guyther (Memorandum) |
