(257)    his heirs & assignes for ever as in & by the Respective Wills
             of the aforesaid Thomas Mansell & Thomas Hodgson apears
             in as full free & ample Manner as the aforesaid Thomas
             Hodgson Did Give & bequeath the aforesaid Real and
             personall Hath unto the said John Bennett & his heirs
             To the only use & behoofe of the aforesaid Peter Atwood
             his heirs & assigns & to no other use Intent or purpose
             whatsoever to have & to hold all the Lands whether consisting
             of one or more Tracts or parsells & all the personal Estate
             soe Given & beque^a^thed as aforesaid by the said Thomas
             Hodgson unto the said John Bennett unto him the
             said Peter Atwood his heirs & assignes for ever & the
             said John Bennett doth for himself his heirs Executors
             and Administrators covenant promise Grant & agree
             to & with the said Peter Atwood his heirs & assignes the
             Lands & premises aforesaid against him the said Jn.o
             Bennett his heirs & assignes as also against all manner
             of Persons Lawfully Claiming or to claim from by or
             under him for ever hereafter to warrant & Defend
             and Lastly the said John Bennett doth for himself his
             heirs Executors & administrators covenant promise
             Grant & agree to & with the said Peter Atwood his
             heirs & assigns that he the said John Bennett &
             his heirs shall & will from time to time & at all times
             for ever hereafter do make acknowledge suffer & execute
             or cause to be made don acknowledged suffered & executed
             any further Act or Acts Deed or Deeds Assurance or
             Conveyance in law such as the said Peter Atwood
             his heirs or assigns his or their Councill lerned in the
             Law shall reasonably Devise or advise for y.e further
             and Better assurance surety & sure make y.e Lands
             & premises hereby bargained & sold or Intented to
             be hereby bargained & sold unto him y.e said Peter
             Atwood his heirs & assigns for Butt all at y.e Cost &
             Charge in y.e Law of the said Peter Atwood his heirs
             or assigns in Testimony whereof y.e partys to these
presents have Interchangably set their hands & affixd their
             seald y.e Day & year above Written
