             four Notches Then west fifty three pches to a bounded black Oake
             w.th four Notches then south to y.e first bounded Tree containing
             and laid out for Thirty Acres more or less w.ch s.d Thirty Acres of Land
             Then in y.e possession & occupation of y.e s.d John Orrell was some time
             before by a certain John Stevans purchased of a certain John
             Emertain & by him devised w.th all its appurtenances to y.e s.d
             Rich.d Deaver his heirs & assigns for ever as by y.e s.d  Indenture
             recoarse being thereunto had may more fully appear & whereas
             y.e s.d  Mary Orrell Relict & Ex.rx of John Orrell afd is & by his
             last will and Testament made & published y.e sixteenth day
             of December One ^Anno^ Dom one thousand seven hund.d & twenty
             three fully Impowered to sell & dispose of y.e s.d Land w.th its appurtenances
             as recourse being had unto y.e s.d Will may a^m^ply appear
             The s.d Mary Orrell for & in consideration of y.e sum of Thirty pounds
             sterl money of Great Brittain to her in hand paid by y.e afd
             John Bickerton before y.e Ensealing & delivery of these presents
             The Receipt & payment of w.ch sum she y.e s.d Mary Orell
             doth acknowledge & herself fully satisfied therew.th & of all
             & every parte thereof doth hereby exonerate acquit &
             discharged y.e s.d John Bickerton his Ex.rs and Adm.rs for ever
             Hath Given Granted Bargened sold alined Enfeoffed
             conveyed remised released confirmed & made over & by
             these presence doth give grante bargain sell aline
