acquit ^exonorate^ & discharge y.e s.d John Brown his heirs Executors and Adm.rs by these p.rsents Hath Given Granted Bargained Sell Alien Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these p.rsents doth for himself and his Heirs Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him y.e s.d John Brown his Heirs & Assignes for ever all that Tract or parcell of Land Granted to Henry Ridgely Jun.r Deceased y.e Ninth Day of June One thousand six hundred and ninety four called Ridgelys Lott lying at Elk Ridge formerly in Annarundell County but now in Baltemore County betwwen Huntingtown and Elke Ridge on Ridgelys Great Branch beginning at a Bounded white oake standing on the E.t side the said Branch and Running from the said Oake North Forty four Degrees East seventy four perches to a bounded white Oake then North six Degrees East thirty perches to a bounded white Oake then North two Degrees west forty two perches to a bounded red oake standing on y.e North side of a Branch that falleth into y.e s.d Great Branch Then North Twenty eight Degrees East one hundred twenty six perches to a bounded white Oake then North Thirty^een^ Degrees West one hundred & fourty p.s to a bounded Hickory then North thirty one Deg.s west seventy five pches to a bounded white Oake then North twenty four deg.s west fourty pches to a bounded white Oake then North twenty five deg.s east fifty pches to a bounded white Oake then North Twelve deg.s east forty pches to a bounded white Oake then North fourty Nine deg.s west one hundred & fourteen pches to a bounded Hickory then South fourty four deg.s west sixty pches to a bounded white Oake by the North East side of the said Ridgleys great branch it being a tree formerly bounded for Richard Beard of this County then runing with the said Beards Line South thirty deg.s East one hundred seventy eight pches then South Sixteen Deg.s East one hundred fifty seven pches then South two deg.s East one hundred and Twenty pches then by a streight Line to the first bounded white Oake Cont and now laid out for two hundred seventy (three) |
