169 x.d This Indenture made this Thirteenth Day of September in the year One Thousand seven hundred & Twenty Six Between William Gardner of the County of Baltimore alias Ann.ll & province of Maryland planter of the one part and Richard Snowden of the County of Ann.ll Merch.t of the other part Wittnesseth that The Said Willm Gardner Standeth Legally seised possessed and Intituted in his Demesne as of fee of and in two Tracks of Lands hereafter mentioned viz.t one tract Called Gardners Garden Containing one hundred acres the other Tract Called the addition to Gardners Garden Containing two hundred acres both tracts Lying about fourteen miles from the head of Patapsco River and on the falls of the said River and where I now Dwell now the said William Gardner for and in Consideration of the sume of Thirty four pounds seven shillings and Three pence sterling money The receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and every part thereof doth fully Clearly and absolutely Exonerate Acquitt and Discharge the said Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns for Ever by these Presents hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeofed Remised Released Rattyfied Confirmed and made over and by these presents he doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Give grant Bargain sell aliene Enfeof Remise Release Ratify Confirm and make over unto him The said Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns for Ever both the aforesaid two Tracts of Land and premises and all and singular the appurtenances Emoluments hereditaments Rights Priviledges and advantages thereto in any ways belonging or appertaining together as also the whole Estate right Title Interest property Claime and Demand whatsoever of him the said William Gardner of and into The said Lands and premises and Every part and parcell |
