(7) (f) Provided that such beneficiary or member, excepting any
person who may retire for reasons of disability, who [receives] is
eligible to receive benefits from the Federal Old Age and Survivors'
Insurance System shall have any supplemental payment for which
said beneficiary is eligible, under this subtitle, reduced by an amount
equal to the benefit [received] the beneficiary or member is entitled
to receive from the Federal Old Age and Survivors' System. Such
reduction, however, shall not be greater than the total amount of the
supplemental payment for which said beneficiary is eligible.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That Section 31A (f) of
Article 88B of said Code (1969 Replacement Volume) title "State
Police", subtitle "Pensions", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
31A.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 13 (1)
of Article 73B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Supple-
ment), title "Pensions," subtitle "In General"; to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 197 (1) of Article 77 of the said
Code (1969 Replacement Volume), title "Public Education," sub-
title "Chapter 17. Teachers' Retirement System"; and to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Section 55 (1) of Article 88B of
the said Code (1969 Replacement Volume), title "State Police,"
subtitle "State Police Retirement System"; to increase the per-
centage of total State retirement systems funds that may be
invested in common stocks.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 13(1) of Article 73B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1969 Supplement), title "Pensions," subtitle "In General," be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
