SPECIAL SESSION

Annapolis, Maryland, January 6, 1969. State of Maryland, to wit:

This being the day prescribed by the Proclamation of the Governor of Maryland, for the meeting of the General Assembly of Maryland in Special Session, at 12 o'clock noon, J. Waters Parrish, Secretary of the Senate for the preceding Session, called the Senate to order.

Prayer was offered by the Reverend Jas. F. Madison of Annapolis. Present at the roll call were the following Senators:
