AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 436,

436A(a) and 436B of the Charter and Public Local Laws of

Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of

Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle
People's Court," Sections 436, 436A(a) and 436B having been
last amended by Chapter 396 of the Acts of 1965; amending the
local laws concerning the People's Court of Baltimore City in order
to increase the salaries of the several judges thereof, to increase

the rate on which said judges' pensions are based and the ceiling
presently placed thereon, and to amend the provisions regarding
benefits paid to a widow of a judge, and making provisions for the
payment of said salaries, pensions and benefits by the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore.

AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 436 OF THE CHARTER AND PUBLIC LOCAL
LAWS OF BALTIMORE CITY (1949 EDITION, BEING AR-
TICLE 4 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF
MARYLAND), TITLE "BALTIMORE CITY," SUBTITLE
"PEOPLE'S COURT," AS LAST AMENDED BY CHAPTER
396 OF THE ACTS OF 1965, AMENDING THE LOCAL
LAWS CONCERNING THE PEOPLE'S COURT OF BALTI-
MORE CITY IN ORDER TO INCREASE SALARIES OF
THE SEVERAL JUDGES THEREOF.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 436, 436A(a) and 436B of the Charter and Public

Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the

Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City,"
subtitle "People's Court," Sections 436, 436A(a) and 436B having

been last amended by Chapter 396 of the Acts of 1965, be and they

are hereby repealed and re enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
