liquor dispensaries," for the sale of any sparkling or fortified wine
and any other alcoholic beverages containing more than fourteen
per centum of alcohol by volume, in sealed packages or containers,
which packages or containers shall not be opened nor their contents
consumed upon the premises where sold. Provided, that in Harford
County they may sell any such alcoholic beverages containing more
than ten per centum of alcohol by volume; in Montgomery County
they may sell any alcoholic beverages; and in [Caroline,] Kent and
Somerset counties they may sell any alcoholic beverages except beer.

(a-2) In Caroline County, the dispensaries may sell any alcoholic
beverages except beer. Alcoholic beverages shall be sold in any size
of bottles or containers requested by licensees.

(c) In Caroline County, all licensees under Sections 19 and 20
of this Article shall purchase all wines and alcoholic beverages except
beer from the county dispensaries. Each licensee shall be entitled,
on purchases of full case lots, whether broken or unbroken, to a dis-
count of fifteen per cent (15%) on the retail price thereof set by the
liquor control board, and to an additional discount of five per cent
(5%) on the said net billing price where (1) the order for such case
lots is delivered, or removed from the dispensary by the licensee,
between the first of any month and through the fifteenth of any
month and the cost thereof is paid to the liquor control board by not
later than the twenty-fifth of the same month or (2) where the order
is delivered, or removed from the dispensary by the licensee, between
the sixteenth of any month and through the last day of the month
and the cost thereof is paid not later than the tenth of the month
following delivery or removal from the dispensary. On orders not
paid within the time requirements specified above, the additional
five per cent (5%) discount shall not be allowed. No statements shall
be mailed in such case order purchases, but shall be delivered to the
licensee with the order. In all other purchases by licensees of less
than full case lots, a discount of ten per cent (10%) on the retail
price shall be allowed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 366
(House Bill 1067)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 63A of
Article 17 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement
Volume), title "Clerks of Courts," subtitle "Clerks of Circuit
Courts and Superior Court of Baltimore City," to provide that the
provision of this section shall not apply to any fee-simple deed,
mortgage or deed of trust executed prior to June 1, 1967 1966.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 63A of Article 17 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
