(e) The members of the Legislative Liaison Committee shall spend
a substantial portion of their time in the City of Annapolis during
sessions and proceedings of the Constitutional Convention, as neces-
sary, possible, and desirable. For all days spent in their duties under
this section, the members of the Legislative Liaison Committee shall
receive the same compensation, remuneration, and perquisites as

provided by law for the members of the Constitutional Convention.

(f) Vacancies on the Legislative Liaison Committee caused by
the inability of any Committee Chairman in either the House of
Delegates or the Senate to serve, shall be filled by the Vice-Chairman
of such Committee. Vacancies caused by inability of
other members
of the General Assembly to serve shall be filled by
appointment by
the Speaker of the House of the President of the Senate, as the case

may be.

(B)   THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION SHALL SEND
TO EACH MEMBER OF THE LEGISLATIVE LIAISON COMMIT-
TEE A COPY OF EACH REPORT, MONOGRAPH OR RESEARCH
MEMORANDUM WHICH THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVEN-
TION OR ANY OF ITS COMMITTEES HAS PREPARED OR
CAUSED TO BE PREPARED BY ANY OF THE CONSULTANTS,
RESEARCH EMPLOYEES OR OTHER PERSONNEL OF THE
CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION FOR SUBMISSION TO THE
CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION OR ANY OF ITS COM-
MITTEES.

(C)  THE LEGISLATIVE LIAISON COMMITTEE SHALL CON-
SIDER ALL SUCH REPORTS, MONOGRAPHS AND RESEARCH
MEMORANDA AND SHALL SUBMIT TO THE CONSTITU-
TIONAL CONVENTION OR ANY OF ITS COMMITTEES WHEN
REQUESTED
ITS COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
CONCERNING ANY ON EACH OF SUCH REPORTS, MONO-
GRAPHS AND RESEARCH MEMORANDA.

(D)   WHEN REQUESTED BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL CON-
VENTION OR ANY OF ITS COMMITTEES, THE THE LEGIS-
LATIVE LIAISON COMMITTEE SHALL MAKE ITSELF AVAIL-
ABLE TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION, OR OR ANY OF
ITS COMMITTEES AND MEMBERS FOR CONSULTATION,
ADVICE AND COUNSEL ON ANY MATTERS PENDING BE-
FORE THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION OR ANY OF
ITS COMMITTEES.

(E)   THE MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATIVE LIAISON COM-
MITTEE SHALL RECEIVE THE SAME COMPENSATION AND
REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES FOR ATTENDING MEET-
INGS OF THE COMMITTEE AS IS PROVIDED BY LAW FOR
MEMBERS OF COMMITTEES OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUN-
CIL, SUCH PAYMENTS TO BE MADE OUT OF THE APPRO-
PRIATIONS FOR THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.

(F)   VACANCIES ON THE LEGISLATIVE LIAISON COMMIT-
TEE CAUSED BY THE INABILITY OF ANY MEMBER TO
SERVE OR CONTINUE TO SERVE THEREON SHALL BE
FILLED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE FROM
AMONG THE MEMBERS OF THE SENATE IF THE VACANCY
IS CAUSED BY THE INABILITY TO SERVE OF A MEMBER
OF THE COMMITTEE FROM THE SENATE, AND BY THE
