AN ACT to legalize the 1964 Supplement to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Charles County, being Article 9 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Charles County, this supple-
ment being to the 1959 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Charles County which was legalized by Chapter 627 of the
Acts of 1959.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1964 Supplement to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Charles County, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland and published under the direction of the Board of
County Commissioners of Charles County, is legalized. This supple-
ment is to the 1959 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Charles County which was legalized by Chapter 627 of the Acts
of 1959. The Supplement contains all public local laws relating to
Charles County comprising changes therein following the 1959
Session of the General Assembly to and inclusive of the Special
Session of March 11, 1964. It shall be deemed and taken in all the
Courts of the State and by all Justices of the Peace and Trial
Magistrates of the State and by all other public officials of the State
and of any political subdivisions thereof to be evidence of changes
in the Public Local Laws of Charles County during the period
indicated.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Charles County may provide for the sale and
distribution of this Supplement.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 10-102
of Article 95B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Uniform Commercial Code", subtitle "Effec-
tive Date and Repealer", to add thereto new sub-section (3) pro-
viding for the destruction of certain records required or permitted
to be maintained by provisions repealed by sub-section (1) of said
Section 10-102, and relating to the authority and conditions under
which such records may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 10-102 of Article 95B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Uniform Commercial Code",
sub-title "Effective Date and Repealer", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
