ordering such examination or by the State's Attorney for Baltimore
City, in case the said examination was made on his order. Said sum
of [ten] twenty dollars FEE hereinbefore mentioned shall include
COMPENSATION FOR any testimony given before such magistrate,
but if said physician shall be required to appear and testify before
the Criminal Court of Baltimore City in reference to such exami-
nation, he or she shall be allowed an additional sum of [twenty]
forty dollars
for so appearing and testifying; provided, however,
that the total allowance in any case
examined by such physician for

all services rendered by him or her shall not exceed [thirty] sixty

dollars. IN SUCH AMOUNT AS MAY BE PROVIDED FROM
TIME TO TIME IN THE ANNUAL ORDINANCE OF ESTI-
MATES.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
January 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 500
(Senate Bill 182)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Article II of
Section 261A of Article 66 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Fish and
Fisheries", sub-heading "General Provisions—Compact of 1958",
amending the laws concerning the jurisdictional boundaries of the
Potomac River Compact in order to correct an error therein.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Article II of Section 261A of Article 66 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1964 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", sub-title
"Fish and Fisheries", sub-heading "General Provisions—Compact of
1958", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

Article II. Jurisdictional Boundaries

The territory in which the Potomac River Fisheries Commission
shall have jurisdiction shall be those waters of the Potomac River
enclosed within the following described area:

Beginning at the intersection of mean low watermark at Point
Lookout and an established line running from Smith's Point to Point
Lookout, marking Chesapeake Bay waters; thence following the
mean low water line of the shore northwesterly across the respective
mouths of all creeks to Gray Point at the westerly entrance into
Rowley Bay; thence in a straight line northwesterly to the southerly
extremity of Kitts Point; thence along the mean low water line to
the southwesterly point of St. Inigoes Neck; thence in a straight line
westerly to the most easterly point of St. Georges Island; thence
following the mean low water line in a general northwesterly direc-
tion, across the respective mouths of all creeks and inlets to the
southwesterly point of Huggins Point; thence in a straight line
