Court, and they shall receive such salary as shall be fixed by the
County Council of said county in equal monthly installments; the
chief clerk before entering upon his duties shall give bond to the
State of Maryland in the penalty of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00)
and the said branch clerks and chief deputy clerk before entering
upon their duties shall each give bond to the State of Maryland in the
penalty of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00); said bonds
shall have corporate sureties satisfactory to said County Council,
the premium of said bonds to be paid by the County Council of
Montgomery County. The County Council for Montgomery County
shall provide such additional clerical help as may be necessary to
carry out the administrative work of said court and its branches
at salaries to be fixed by said County Council for Montgomery
County.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to add new Section 63A to Article 77 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Public Education," sub-
title "Chapter 5. County Board of Education," to follow immedi-
ately after Section 63 thereof and to permit the Board of Educa-
tion of Washington County to permit private and parochial schools
located within the county to connect their facilities to the closed
circuit educational television system maintained by the County
for the use and benefit of the public school system subject to
certain provisions regarding costs and programming.
Whereas, there is presently maintained in Washington County
a closed circuit educational television system for the use and benefit
of the public school system only; and
Whereas, the State Law Department has advised the State Super-
intendent, Maryland State Department of Education, by letter dated
March 23, 1963, that a provision enabling the private and parochial
schools of Washington County to benefit from said educational
television system, though constitutional, must be by act of the
General Assembly of Maryland; now therefore
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 63A be and it is hereby added to Article 77 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Public Educa-
tion," subtitle "Chapter 5. County Board of Education," to follow
immediately after Section 63 thereof, and to read as follows:
63 A.
The Board of Education of Washington County may authorize
and permit any private or parochial school located in Washington
County, upon application and at no expense to the County or State,
