EXTRAORDINARY SESSION

Annapolis, Maryland, Wednesday, March 11, 1964.
State of Maryland To Wit:

This being the day prescribed by the Proclamation of the Governor
of Maryland, for the meeting of the General Assembly of Maryland, in
Special Session, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., J. Waters Parrish, Secretary of
the Senate for the 1964 Regular Session, proceeded to call the Senate to
order.

Prayer was offered by the Reverend James F. Madison of Annapolis,
Maryland.

Present at the roll call were the following Senators:
