title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Beer, Wine and Liquor
Licenses," amending the alcoholic beverage laws to include Carroll
County among those counties in which Class B (on sale) alcoholic
beverage licenses may be issued.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 19(n) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1962 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Beer, Wine
and Liquor Licenses," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, and to read as follows:
19.
(n) Such licenses shall only be issued in Baltimore City, and Anne
Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Carroll, Cecil, Dorchester, Garrett, Har-
ford, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Talbot,
Washington, Wicomico and Worcester counties.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 20(n) of
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1962 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Beer, Wine and Liquor Li-
censes," amending the alcoholic beverage laws to include Carroll
County among those counties in which Class C (on sale) alcoholic
beverage licenses may be issued.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

(1962 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Beer, Wine

Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Frederick, Garrett,
Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's,
Talbot, Washington, Wicomico and Worcester Counties, in the towns
of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach in Calvert County and in Cam-
bridge election district No. 7 and Linkwood election district No. 14
in Dorchester County.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.
