5.  Northeasterly about 2¼ miles to the road or trail leading to
Fairview, a high point of Dan's Mountain, marked 2680 on the
topographical map of the Maryland Geological Survey, then with said
road or trail

6.  Easterly ½ mile to said Fairview, then leaving District No. 8
and reversing the second line of District No. 7, Rawlings

7.  Northeasterly about 1 mile along the top of Dan's Mountain to
the second low gap northeast of Fairview, then leaving District No. 7

8.  Northwesterly ½ mile by a straight line to the road at the head
of the south fork of Jackson Run, then with said road down Jackson's
Run

9.  Northwesterly about 1 mile to the American Coal Company's
land, then with said land the following general courses:

10.  Southwesterly about 1/10 of a mile

11.  Northwesterly about ½ of a mile

12.  Southwesterly 4/5 of a mile

13.  West about ½ a mile

14. Northwesterly 3/10 of a mile

15.  Northeasterly 3/10 of a mile, then leaving the lines of the
American Coal Company's land

16.  Northwesterly about 2/10 of a mile along the southerly side of
the steam flour mill at Moscow, and crossing Georges Creek to the old
stone mill, then with a straight line

17.  West 1¼ miles to the Garrett County line where it crosses
Bartlett Run, then with said line

18.  Southwesterly 1¼ miles to the beginning.

144. District No. 10Lonaconing. Beginning on the division line
between Garrett and Allegany counties 1/10 of a mile north of the
road leading up Laurel Run from Moscow Mills, then a line parallel
to and 1/10 of a mile north of said road

1. Southeasterly 1¼ miles to a point 1/10 of a mile west of the
county road leading from Lonaconing to Westernport, which skirts
Pekin Hill about the village of Pekin, then with a line parallel to and
1/10 of a mile west of said road.

2.  Northeasterly 1¾, miles to a point northwest from John Fer-
ran's house at New Detmold, then with a straight line passing Fer-
ran's house on the north thereof

3.  Southeast ⅛ of a mile to the center of Georges Creek, then up
the said creek

4.  Northeasterly about 1⅓ miles to the county bridge over Georges
Creek at the south end of Knapp's Meadow, thence with the old
original county road, leading over the mountain to Woodland

5.  Northwesterly ⅛ mile to a point where said county road inter-
sects the Georges Creek and Cumberland Railroad, then with said
railroad
