Annoq: Domini 1704. Betweene John Worth of Kent County of the same County & province of the other Part Planters Wittnesseth in hand allready Received before the sealing and Delivery hereof, The and for every part thereof, doth hereby absolutely & clearly Exonerate and assignes and by these Presents hath given, granted, Bargained, Sigley his Heires and assignes forever, a parcell of Land Called Land Called Lower part of the said Buckhill & another Tract of Land Called said Buck Hill Thence Running down Chester River untill it paire, the Parrellell with the said Pricklepaire untill itt shall rallell wth the said Buck Hill untill it Intersect the first Kent County in the Province aforesaid, And the aforesaid Worth ernmost side of Morgans Creek, and running from the said Oake bounded red Oake, from thence running up a branch Northwest And then from the said East Three Hundred and Twenty Perches And from thence South= And then from the said Red Oak running South East ffour Hundred out for One Thousand Acres more or less To have and to hold ye benefitts thereunto belonging (Royall Mines Excepted) He the pmisses unto him the said William Sigley his Heires or assignes Exonerated & discharged of & from all other former gifts Surrenders, Judgements Executions Rents; And further the said grant and agree to and with the said William Sigley, with Every of them by these Presents that he the said William absolutely Seized of, & in a pure & Indefeasable Estate, of the his Heires or assignes to his and their only Proper use and behoofe and agree to and wth the said William Sigley his heires or his Sigley his Heires or his assignes forever; against any manner of & defend the same & in him in quiet Possession to maintaine wthout Heires or any other person Lawfully Claimeing by from or under selfe and his Heires Release by these Presents all the whole Estate, Right wholely Ivest the Same, in the said William Sigley his Heires and selfe & his Heires Covenant grant and agree to & wth the said the space of seven years now next Ensueing, make, do, Execute & Suffer assurance or assurances Conveyance or Conveyances requisite in sonably advise Devise or Require In Wittness whereof Wee and Seales John [mark] Worth {seal} Back Side as ffolloweth vidzt ffolly, Buck Hill William [mark] Sigley {seal}
