William Hollinsworth) bounding as followeth (beginning marsh in the S:S:E Line of Parkers Lott running Cross the then S:S:W Three Hundred and Twenty Perches then west tree Containeing one Hundred acres) Together with all and wayes, waters, ffishing, Profitts, Comodities and appurtanances any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions ?? whatsoever Touching and Concerning the said Premises only or any acres of Land and all and singular other the said Premises unto the said William Bolton his Heires and assignes to the only the said William Bolton and his Heires and assignes against Lawfully Claimeing or to Claime by from or under him them and against all and Every other Person and Persons whatsoever the said William Hollinsworth for himselfe and his Heires doth and his Heires and assignes and every of them by these prsents his Heires and assignes from time to time and at all times use occupy Posses and Enjoye the said one Hundred Acres of Land the lett suite trouble interruption Eviction disturbance of him Lawfully Claimeing or to Claime by from or under him them or that ffree and Cleare and freely and Clearely acquitted Exon- and other Bargaines, Sales, gifts, grants, Joyntures, Dowers, title his now wife) rents (the rents and services hence forth to become the Premisses only Excepted and foreprized) troubles, Charges, or suffered or to be had, made, Committed, done, or suffered by Persons Lawfully Claimeing by from or under him them or further the said William Hollinsworth for himselfe his Heires the said William Bolton his Heires and assignes and Every Heires or assignes and all and Every other Person and Persons Lawfully Pretend to have or Claime any Estate Right Title Parcell of them by from or under the said William Hollins- and at all times forever hereafter at and upon the reasonble Bolton his Heires or assignes make Doe performe acknowledge acknowledged Levyed Executed and suffered all and Every such device and devices assurance and assurance Conveyance and Con- more perfect assurance surety sure makeing and conveying granted premises with their and Every of their rites mea?? and assignes as by the said William Bolton his Heires or reasonably Devised advised or required so as the said Wil- as shall be required to make such further assurance County Court where hte foresaid Land Lyeth in or about the time of the Ensealeing and Delivery of these Presents grant Bargaine Sell and Convey all and singular the ?? members and appurtenances unto the said William Bolton ness whereof ye Parties above mentioned to these prsent Indentures Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of John Hawkins Junr : The Preceding Deed M Earle : : the backside as follow[eth or s] : : :Acknowledged in Open Court |
