Robt Smith for him selfe his heirs &ca heirs & assignes shall and may from hence have, hold, posses and inherit and Inioy, a[ll?] appurtenances and shall and may allsoe all & singular ye Issues and profitts there[of?] Re???ing to ye onely use and behoofe of ye ines for Ever according to ye purport of these or Interuption of the said Robert Smith his manor of [Col?] resistance mollestacon, or whatsoever other then the sd Robt Smith will upon Every reasonable request att the Scott his heirs and assignes further doe ma?? knowledged and suffered from time to time seven years next Ensuing ye date here of and act devise & devises assurances and or advised by the sd Edward Scott his heirs or for ye further and more better assurances the said tract of land & premisses wth ye appurt- to ye said Edward Scott his heirs and assignes what soever.
