This day came before me Mary
Price Widdow of William Price deceased
and being not in a condicon or capeable for
maintaineing her selfe & childe by reason
of her Lameness she doth declare that
of her owne free & voluntary good Will
doth give her childe Joseph Price being of
the age of four years ye 18th of July next
unto John ffannon and Mary his Wife or
either of them untill he come to the age of
Twenty one years, the said John & Mary or
either of them provideing necessary
Cloathing Dyet & Lodgeing dureing the
said terme and Doth desire that the same
may be Enroled in the Records of Kent
County given under my hand This 26 day
