And Lastly it is fully agreed upon by and Betweene the part[ies]
to these prsents for themselves their Heires & Assignes by
these prsents touching or concerning the before granted
prmisses with their appurtenances and all and Every
prt & prcell thereof shall be and evare and shall be
Construed Esteemed and taken to be and in use to the
only proper use and behoofe of them ye sd John Hamer &
William Sparks their Heires and Assignes forever And
[to?] no other Intent and purpose whatsoever In Wittness
whereof ye sd Jeremiah Miles above menconed hath
hereunto seet his hand and seal the Day and year above

Kent County and Did Seal Deliver and Acknowledge
the wthin to be his Act and Deed in order that the
same might be Enroled in ye records of ye same County
according to Law Allso the same Day and year Ann
the now wife of him ye sd Jeremiah being Examined
did say that she was freely willing that ye within
Deed and all ye Land and prmisses therein Contained
might pass as in ye same Deed is menconed and that
shee did itt without force or Any Threats Certified p
