To begin and run according as is Expressed in one Deed
Thousand Six Hundred Eighty one Betweene Thomas
parte reference being thereunto had may att Large appear
Carman & Burton Containing One Hundred & ffifty acres
of said Tract of Land of One Hundred and ffifty acres
of Collington as alsoe ye one moety or halfe of Carman &
Hundred and seventy five acres more or less Together wth
singular the appurtenances to ye same or in any wise appe
and Every of its appurtenances before by these Presents Bargained
Edward Cash his Heires and assignes for ever And the said
hereby Covenant and Grant to and with ye sd Edward Cash his
Every ye appurtenances thereunto belonging and Every prt &
himselfe ye said Thomas Carman his heires Exrs and admrs and
ever here after warrant and defend the same by vertue of
done and Due to ye Lord of the ffee or ffees onely Excepted;
Exrs and admrs doth promise and agree to by these prsents
Cost and Charges in ye Law of him ye sd Edward Cash his
and Execute all and Every other Conveyance or Conveyances
better assureing & sure makeing ovr all and singular ye
for Edward Cash his Heires and assignes for ever In Wittn
affixed his seale the Day and year ffirst above written

beare to William Boots of ye same County & province and
Especially moveing; Doe hereby give grant alienate Transferr
assignes part of a Tract or parcell of Land called the addition
Beginning at a marked spanish oak standing by a medow
Line of said Land and running from said oak north & by
Degrees east Two Hundred & Thirty Perches Thence north
Hundred Twenty ffive Perches Thence south west One Hundred
Thence south west Three degrees west One Hundred & fforty Per
& ffifteene acres more or less Together with all rights
or in any wise appertaineing To have & to hold the
appurtences thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain
against the said William Comegys his heires Exrs admrs
it may and shall Lawfull for ye sd William Boots from time
use occupie poses and Injoye ye before granted pre
and every of their rights members and appurtenances
