Toaes of Kent County have assigned ordained and made
well beloved friend William Comegyes of the same County
for mee & in my name to sell my now dwelling Plantacon
ular Tract or Tracts of Land belonging to me in the Province
Power and Authority to Putt and Place my Name to any
Land or Lands sould by him the said Comegyes Giveing and
sents my full & whole Power & Authority to signe such Deeds
Court & to performe any thing in the Premises as fully
as I my Selfe might or could doe if I were personally Present
whatsoever my s^d attorny shall doe or cause to be done in or
sett my hand & seal this Eight Day of December anno domi 1707
