What shall be in the year of our Lord Christ One Thousand Seven
in Wye River in Talbot County aforesaid without fraude or guile --
and thing therein Conteined shall to all Intents and purposes be utterly
forme above declared; That then this present Bargaine and sale
to all Intents Effects and purposes stand Remaine and abide in it
thereof in any wise notwithstanding In Witness whereof the Parties
    On the Backside of ye above Deed was Written as followeth

The Condcon of ye above obligacon is such yt if ye above
reasonable request of him ye said Darby Hearne his Heires
unto ye said Darby Hearne his Heires or assignes a good and
and to all That Tract of Land and Plantacon called Conikin
sittuate Lyeing and being upon Lankfords Bay with all ye rig
to ye same belonging or appertaineing and that ffree & cleare
unto him ye said Darby Hearne his Heires and assignes
of none Effect Else to remaine in full force power & vertue
