and his Heires forever unto him the said Steven Nowell his Heires and
beginning at a marked white Oake being the uppermost Bounded tree of a
running from the said Oake for bredth north wesst Two Hundred and ffifty
south wesst Two Hundred and ffifty Perches untill it Intersect a south west
Hundred and Ninety Seven acres of Land be the same more or less Calle &
of Island Creeke in Chester river formerly laid out for ffive Hundred acres
-ven for a meeting house and berring place the remaineing part being
To have and to hold the afforesaid premiseces with all and singular the
the said Steven Nowell and his Heires and his assignes for ever; and that
Joyntures Judgements Executions Dowreys Especially the Dowry of Rachell
--- due and payable to the Chiefe Lord or Lords of the ffee or ffees only
--sance warrante the sale of the aforesaid Land from and against all
under him or them or his or their Heire or assignes or by his or their
himselfe his heires any further deeds or Conveyance as his Larned
hereunto required within the Term of Seaven years from the date of
further then the County where in the Premises Lyeth; and the said

above named: now know ye that I rachell Marsh the wife of
well beloved ffriend Honnorey Green for me and in my name to deliver
well and truely as if I were personably there Present my selfe.
