I, George Earle, Clerk of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, do
hereby certify that the annexed is a correct copy of the Declaration
of Rights and Constitution of Maryland, deposited in the Office of said
Court.

In Testimony Whereof, I hereto subscribe my name

of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-
