Section 9, after word ''same," in the 8th line, introduce
"and that the said road or roads shall, at all times, be kept
of the same grade as the main bed of the road.             

Section 10, strike out the word "on" in line 2, and insert
the words "at a point on the northwest side of North avenue,
between Madison lane and Jones' Falls, thence through the
intervening lands to."

Section 10, strike out all after the word "to" in line 16
to the word "Hook," inclusive, in 19th line and insert
"Mrs. Coates' land, thence through said land to the land of
A. C. Schaeffer, thence through said land to the land of
Charles Hoopes, thence through said land to the land of K.
Hook, thence through said land to the land of Francis Lau-
renson.

Section 13 make section 14, and introduce the following as
section 13:

"And be it enacted. That whenever said road shall have
been completed from its northern terminus to the northern
line of the property of Lloyd N. Rogers and upon the nor-
thern line of the avenue of the city of Baltimore, to the
southern line of said Lloyd N. Rogers' property, then, and
not till then, shall said road be opened through the property
of said Lloyd N. Rogers, and in its progress through said
property it shall commence on Newington lane, at the point
of division between said Rogers' land and of Mrs. Croft, as
set forth by this act."

Section 14, strike out in second line "the Pimlico meeting
house" and insert "its northern terminus."
