ment of the fees of the criers of the Superior Court, the Court
of Common Pleas, and the Criminal Court of Baltimore city.
A bill entitled, an act to confirm and make valid a deed
from Clement F. Jones and Josiah Massey and wife to Thomas
F. Cropper;
Which were severally read the first time;

An act to make valid certain deeds to Thomas C. Risteau,
therein described, for certain lands in Baltimore county.
A bill entitled an act to regulate constables' fees in Charles
county.
Also, reported favorably on the resolution providing for a
State subscription to Wingate's Maryland Register;

Mr. Stirling, from the committee on Ways and Means, re-
reported favorably upon a bill entitled, an act to appropriate
a sum of money to be expended in repairing the office of the
Comptroller of the Treasury.
