STATE LIBRARIAN—

Order adopted that the, transfer to the Trustees of
Cambridge Academy, for the use of said academy,
the balance of the old chairs formerly used by this
body, and now in charge of the Librarian, 134.

Order adopted that the thanks of this House be
tendered to the, for the disinterested interest he has
evinced in providing desks and chairs for the use of
its members, 140.

Order adopted that the, be requested to deliver no-
books or stationery from the library without a written
order from the Speaker or Clerk of this House, 146.

Order presented that the, furnish the Clerks of each
of the Circuit Courts, the Registers of Wills and the
Board of Commissioners of each county in the State,
with a copy of the "Maryland Digest," by Brown &
Brune, 159; substitute offered, 159; laid on the
table, 159.

Order adopted that the Librarian be and he is
hereby instructed forthwith to procure and set up in
this House a new table for the Speaker, of such
material and design as the Speaker may approve,
170.

Order adopted that the committee of three, ap-
pointed to examine, in conjunction with the, whether
all Acts of Assembly, in their original and unabridged
form, are now in the library, and to report upon the
practicability of supplying the deficiency, if any such
should exist* 229.

the library, fifty copies of the Constitution of Mary-
land, 311; rejected, ib.

flag prepared and placed over the Speaker's chair, re-
