State of Maryland, to wit:

This being the day prescribed by the Constitution for the
convention of the General Assembly of Maryland, the mem-
bers of the House of Delegates convened in their Chamber at
the hour of twelve o'clock, noon.

The Clerk of the late House of Delegates proceeded to
call the roll when the following members answered to their
names:
