Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'Min-
ing and Mine Inspector, ' as the same were enacted by Chapter
124 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed in
the year 1902, and to re-enact said sections, with amendments,
so as to place the inspection of mines in Allegany county under
the State Board of Labor and Statistics; and to repeal Sections
150, 151, 153 and 164-P of Article No. 12 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Garrett County, ' sub-title
'Manufactures and Mines, ' as the same were enacted by Chap-
ter 124 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed in the year 1902, and to re-enact said sections, with
amendments, so as to place the inspection of mines in Garrett
county under the State Board of Labor and Statistics. "

Also House Bill No. 563, entitled "An Act to promote the
public health by providing for one day of rest in seven for
employes in certain employments. " [Endorsed: "Read the third

first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings. ]
Also House Bill No. 780, entitled "An Act authorizing and
directing the County Commissioners of Montgomery county
to issue bonds to an amount not to exceed twenty-five thou-
sand dollars ($25, 000) for the purpose of building, improving
and relocating the public road leading from Germantown to
the public road leading from Darnestown to Dawsonville, from
a point in front of the store of Horace I). Waters to said
public road leading from Darnestown to Dawsonville, a dis-
tance of about three and a half miles (3 1/2), provided that
said donation be made as hereinafter provided to said County
Commissioners to be applied by them for the purposes herein
and to collect and levy taxes in the Sixth Election District of
said county for the payment of said bonds and interest coupons
thereon. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by

Also House Bill No. 62, entitled "An Act to amend the Con-
stitution of Maryland by amending Article 6, Sections 1 and
5 of the Constitution of Maryland, and to provide for the
submission of said amendment to the qualified voters of this
