Also House Bill No. 451, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 5 of Chapter 450 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, at its Session of 1896,
title 'An Act to incorporate the town of Loch Lynn Heights,
Garrett county, Maryland. '" [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the
first time and referred to Senators Speicher, Zihlman and
Kaufman. ]

Also House Bill No. 350, entitled "An Act to require the
State's Attorney for Talbot county to act as attorney to the
County Commissioners of Talbot county. " [Endorsed: "Read
the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was
read the first time and referred to Senators Collier, Cooper
and Shepherd. ]

Also House Bill No. 7, entitled "An Act to enable the regis-
tered and qualified voters of the City of Baltimore, Baltimore
county, the First and Third Precincts of the Fifth District of
Anne Arundel county, Annapolis city, Allegany county, Wash-
ington county, Frederick county, Prince George's county, Elli-
cott City and Havre de Grace, each as a separate political
unit, to determine by ballot whether or not the sale, manu-
facture for sale and transportation for sale of alcoholic, spir-
ituous, vinous, malt and intoxicating liquors for beverage pur-
poses shall be forever prohibited in the said political units
above designated, respectively, from and after May 1, 1918;
providing for the submission of such question to the voters
of each of the political units herein designated and declaring
the effect of such election. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time
and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Temperance. ]
