'State Tax Commission' and insert therefor the words 'Secre-
tary of State; ' in lines 29 and 30 thereof, strike out the words
'State Tax Commission' and insert therefor the words 'Secre-
tary of State; ' in line 33 thereof, strike out the words 'State
Tax Commission' and insert therefor the words 'Secretary of
State; ' in line 31 thereof, strike out the word 'they' and insert
therefor the word 'he. ' "

"In line 9 of Section 93 of said Bill, immediately after the
word 'same, ' insert the following: 'and shall transmit to the
State Tax Commission an abstract of the same and also in
like manner an abstract of the annual statement hereinafter
