Office, and I am advised by that office in writing that this Bill di&-
criminates in favor of certain classes of individuals receiving out of
estates. Because of the views expressed to me by the Attorney General,
I feel I am compelled to veto this Bill.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 260 of Article
93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1961 Supplement), title
'Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court", amending the law
concerning the testamentary disposition of certain motor vehicles in
order to provide therein that no inheritance tax shall be collected on
such motor vehicles.
The Speaker put the question: "Shall the bill pass notwithstanding
the objections of the Executive?"
